Chef Gabrielle Love is the real deal! There are so many chefs out there who make great food but few would take such special care with preparing an amazing meal and create a wonderful atmosphere and experience like Chef Gabrielle. I booked Chef Gabrielle for a private dining experience for my best friend’s birthday. The food did not disappoint! We had a delectable 4 course meal, ending with her fabulous signature passion fruit mousse. She has an effervescent and kind disposition that made the experience fun and light-hearted. Chef Gabrielle and I had a call to go over the menu and that type of above and beyond service was just incredible. I highly recommend any and everyone who is thinking about hiring a private chef on the big island to just go ahead and do it and seek out Chef Gabrielle Love ASAP!
